Jennifer is a Nicholls State University graduate with experience in customer service, finance, and insurance. Before working in insurance, she served as a branch manager in consumer lending.

James joined the agency during his senior year at Terrebonne High School and continued full-time after graduating in 2025. He grew up around Southgate and brings that familiarity to the way he welcomes and assists clients.
He supports both personal and commercial clients as the office assistant and receptionist while continuing to build his insurance knowledge.

As a Customer Service Representative at Southgate, Gracivy supports clients with their insurance servicing needs. She brings attention to detail, dedication, and a caring approach to every interaction, combining her commitment to service with her passion for helping others.
